I hesitated putting this on here, but I get asked often “what size do you wear”, “How tall are you?”, etc….
So rather than have you all guess, I choose to share this info as a good resource for you. My sizes have fluctuated over the years so this is just a guide, but I’ve been able to maintain these measurements since I started eating a limited sugar and white flour diet. (More on that here).
